NYC police find man's body

New York City police officers on patrol made a grisly discovery: a dead body.
Officers patrolling the Jamaica neighborhood in Queens early Monday came upon the body on the street. Police say the unidentified man had several punctures to his torso and neck that may have been gunshot wounds. Emergency Medical Services technicians pronounced the man dead at the scene. The medical examiner's office will determine how the man died. The Daily News is reporting the body of Dillion Veira (was found) on 144th Avenue near 180th Street. He had been shot several times in the chest and neck, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
